We will take a direct express train from Shinjuku in Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchi to avoid the traffic jam by a highway bus. The possibility of viewing Mt. Fuji is shown in the photo. If we can't see the mountain, I would recommend visiting Oshino Hakkai and Kimono Museum in the following general itinerary.

Dear Mehul, Thank you for your review. On the first day, we visited the most popular places in Tokyo: Shibuya Sky Observatory, Meiji Shrine, and Imperial Palace East Gardens. It was so sunny that the observatory was closed during our visit. On the second day, I took your family to Hakone, but the ropeway was suspended due to lightning. I felt very sorry about these weather conditions, so we attended the fire ceremony at a temple in Tokyo on the third day to get rid of your bad luck. I hope you made it.
